IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
MAY 20, 2009, Mr. WEXLER(for himself, Mr. SENSENBRENNER, Mrs. LOWEY, Mr. BILBRAY, and Mr. COHEN) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

The proposed bill will hope to address providing relief for the shortage of nurses in the United States, and for other purposes.
