yung question 2, i think A tlga ang sagot kasi yun din ang sagot sa ibang test reviewer, you can still apply the principle of community based practice even without completing the community diagnosis, for you to have a community dx, you should based your data on it's natural setting like taking into account demographic variables which are based on the natural setting of a given community

question # 12 answer is D, right? margaret shetland's philosophy is based on the worth and dignity of man.option C is based on the WHO's definition.right?

faith said...

in question # 15 , is't it that community hospitals are under primary health delivery system, therefore option D is also true, outpatient services are also provided by secondary and tertiary level.

faith said...

i don't absolutely agree with the answer of # 27. it's true that health education is the primary responsibility of the community health nurse but accdg to freeman and shetland, CHN is a service intended primarily for the promotion of health, prevention of illness etc.

faith said...

could you pls rationalize the answer of #32.I'm not 100 %convinced. I thought that CO is the process of bringing together and empowering the community people to act on their own problem and that is social mobilization which make people active participants. though D is also correct..It's so confusing. Pls enlighten us. thanks a alot.

faith said...

in # 45 what made you say that D is the correct answer? i've seen the same answer also to other questionnaire but i still find hard to accept. Epidemilogy is the study of factors affecting health and illness and serves as the foundation or basis in making logical interventions, that's why epidemiology involves research investigation. in IMCI, you don't actually investigate the cause why did a child has diarrhea or investigate the events of it's occurance, you just classify it based on the signs and symptoms and give treatment. I hope i will be cleared of this... i'm still not convinced...

in # 67, answer is B.
neonatal death rate= deaths under 28 days of age/ total live births X 1000
NDR= 2/46 x 1000= 43.47
